Users may manage, cancel, or upgrade their plan at any time.
Cancel anytime — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds are issued for canceled subscriptions.

Refunds may be issued when the user was charged in error or the purchased service was not delivered due to technical failure on our platform.

Non-refundable: successfully delivered content, subscription renewals canceled after the billing date, or user-uploaded content issues.

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
